Job Description

Role

Quidich is constantly expanding and innovating in order to stay ahead of the technological curve and thus the competition. As a project manager, you will have to ensure the smooth and effective running of the projects with a focus on great output. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor management, and risk management; and work closely with the COO on other special planning and departmental projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. 

Responsibilities

  • Designing end-to-end project plans with the Operations Team
  • Overseeing project planning, long-term planning, project status reporting
  • Making, tracking, and regulating the Operations department budget, project budgets, and cash flows
  • Working with the service leads to improve project-wise feedback, increase team and cost efficiency
  • Coordinating with the sales team for kit calendar and project planning 
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors
  • Observing the systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments while suggesting opportunities for improvement or revision 
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable local regulations, including applying, maintaining, and following up
  • Raising and tracking issues or conflicts; removing barriers; resolving issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders; and escalating to the appropriate level when required
  • Collaborating with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution 
  • Working closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practises

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Engineer, BBA/MBA with 4+ years experience
  • Strong analytical skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful, with an innovative mindset.
  • Ability to work in creative and dynamic work environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Have the professional dexterity to contribute in operational, business, and technical dialogues.
  • Have a professional and positive attitude and willingness to be a team player and assist co-workers at all levels. 
  • Proven ability to manage individuals
  • Proven self-starter who considers 2nd & 3rd level impacts of day-to-day decisions
  • Must be flexible and willing to respond as required to frequent out of hours problems
