Job Description

Role

Quidich is constantly growing and innovating to stay ahead of the technology curve and therefore competition. To ensure successful growth, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive at Quidich who will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

 Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, sharing calendar invites, follow-ups and assisting in closures.
  • Assisting senior recruiters in managing hiring manager expectations, developing processes around hiring people. 
  • Working closely with the team to improve upon sourcing strategies.
  • Developing and managing a pipeline of candidates based on the kind roles at Quidich.
  • Updating and maintaining candidate databases on ATS for various roles.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience as a sourcer in a fast-growing company. 
  • Be independent and self-driven.
  •  Possess the ability to be extremely creative and innovative, maximizing the use of available resources. 
  • Have the ability to source through various platforms depending on the kind of candidate being sought. 
  • Both in-house or RPO experience is acceptable. 
  • Previous experience of sourcing for tech and non-tech roles.
  • Previous experience of working on ATS.

Location: Mumbai
