Job Description

Role
As a Social Media Executive at Quidich Innovation Labs, you will embark on an exciting journey in the world of sports technology and play a vital role in helping the brand connect with global audiences through social media platforms. We are looking for a talented social media marketing executive who has worked with strong B2B brands at an agency or as an in-house resource. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing social media marketing campaigns. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Creating and curating engaging content across various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvement
  • Engaging with followers, customers, and fans through social media platforms, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and implementing them accordingly
  • Managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets
  • Working with influencers and other partners to create mutually beneficial relationships and campaigns
                       

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and/or video editing software is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree/Masters in Marketing, Communications or related field.
