Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & HRBP
- Managing Talent Acquisition and HRBP responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Liaise with internal and external vendors / recruitment partners as needed
- Sourcing, screening and administering appropriate assessment of candidates
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and following up on the interview process status
- Negotiating offers to close vacancy. Pre and post onboarding tasks to be completed in the system
. - Addressing employee queries regarding company processes and policies
- Talent Management
- Supporting organizational changes- ensuring implementation of changes in HR systems, personnel policy, etc.
- Conducting exit interviews and perform analysis do understand prime reasons and provide inputs for retention, if any.
- Employee Experience
- Create an enhanced and effective Employee Experience for all candidates and employees collectively
- Device innovative ways to keep employees motivated and build positive employee connect
- MIS & Systems
- Coordinate & handle all HR administrative activities including but not limited to updated database/ MIS
- Supervise Vendor creation and bills payment in the Vendor mgmt. system
- Provide data to cross function teams as per requirement from time to time
- Efficient coordination on HRMIS

Desired qualifications and experience:
- Postgraduate in HR with required exposure
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in related field
- Result driven, willing to take initiative and ownership of task assigned
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- MIS, good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint, with good presentation skills
