We are seeking a senior UI/UX designer who will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional digital experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Senior UI/UX Designer is expected to possess a blend of design expertise, user-centered design principles, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive the creation of impactful and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Partner closely with the product/project management and Development teams to realize a unified vision, ensuring smooth transitions between stages of product development.
• Ability to successfully lead projects Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Design user interfaces for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.) while ensuring responsiveness and cross-device compatibility.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG guidelines) and are inclusive for users with diverse needs and abilities.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and design standards, implementing them in the design process.
• Produce design documentation, style guidelines, and UI standards to guarantee design coherence and facilitate seamless collaboration within the team.

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of successful product launches and leading design teams.
