Job Description

About the role :-

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) who will be responsible for building various backend systems in order to deliver a robust infrastructure to scale the business. You are expected to build functional, high-performance and scalable backend to meet the dynamic business needs.

What you will do

• Participate in the entire SDLC (concept, design, build, test, support)
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
• Solve complex problems in an innovative way and deliver quality solutions while taking ownership and accountability of assigned things
• Independently come up with different solutions, extensibile Low level design. Write modular, extensible, readable and performant code.

Qualifications

What we look for in a candidate:

• Must have skill set: Python, Django\flask, ORM, Knowledge of how cache, distributed queues work.
• B.E or B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or any equivalent degree with a minimum 4-year experience
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid)
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and understanding of ORM frameworks.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming is an added plus.
• Team spirit.
• Hands-on experience working with Databases and Linux platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable in a agile startup work culture – we’re fast-paced, self-motivated, and determined to change the industry
